This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are processed by Paisapaid.

1. Free Service for Applicants

Paisapaid does not charge any fee from loan applicants for using our comparison platform. Our income comes from referral commissions paid by partner lenders.

2. Subscription / Partner Activation Fees

If you have paid us a partner activation, subscription, or onboarding fee:

  • Fees are non-refundable after activation of your partner account.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • Platform downtime or service unavailability lasting more than 72 continuous hours, attributable solely to us.
  • Duplicate payment proven via bank statement.
