KALPANA FINANCIAL SERVICE is a loan comparison platform. We are not a lender. We help you compare offers from RBI-registered NBFCs and banks and forward your application to eligible lenders.
2. User Eligibility

- You must be an Indian resident with a valid PAN.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
3. No Guaranteed Approval
Loan approval, interest rates, and disbursal are at the sole discretion of the partner lenders and are subject to their internal eligibility checks. KALPANA FINANCIAL SERVICE does not guarantee approval, sanction, or disbursal of any loan.
4. Commission Disclosure
KALPANA FINANCIAL SERVICE may receive a commission or referral fee from partner lenders when an application is sanctioned. This does not increase the cost of the loan to you. We do not charge any fee from loan applicants for using this comparison service.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying platform content.
6. Limitation of Liability
KALPANA FINANCIAL SERVICE is not responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising from your loan agreement with a partner lender. All loan terms are between you and the lender.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berhampur.
