DIGITAL GRAMINAREA ONLINE Pvt Ltd does not charge any fee from loan applicants for using our comparison platform. Our income comes from referral commissions paid by partner lenders.
2. Subscription / Partner Activation Fees
If you have paid us a partner activation, subscription, or onboarding fee:
- Fees are non-refundable after activation of your partner account.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- Platform downtime or service unavailability lasting more than 72 continuous hours, attributable solely to us.
- Duplicate payment proven via bank statement.
