4. Commission Disclosure
DIGITAL GRAMINAREA ONLINE Pvt Ltd may receive a commission or referral fee from partner lenders when an application is sanctioned. This does not increase the cost of the loan to you. We do not charge any fee from loan applicants for using this comparison service.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying platform content.
6. Limitation of Liability
DIGITAL GRAMINAREA ONLINE Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising from your loan agreement with a partner lender. All loan terms are between you and the lender.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi.
